International Students
The Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) has approved and certified Seven Rivers Christian School to issue the Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS) I-20 form for non-immigrant F-1 students in grades 9-12. Prospective international students must apply and be accepted for admission into SRCS before the I-20 form can be issued. International students follow the same application process as other prospective students. Additionally, a writing sample, a math assessment, and a Skype interview with the student are frequently required as part of the application process.
After the student has been accepted for enrollment and the student has received the SEVIS I-20 form from SRCS, he or she must then complete an I-901 form and pay the accompanying fee at the Department of Homeland Security website. This fee does not replace the fee charged by the embassy for an appointment. Essentially, international students have two fees in addition to the SRCS fees: one for the embassy interview and another for the I-901 form.
