Tell us about your family.

I live with my Brazilian wife, Vera, and we spend summers at our home in Brazil. While there, I perform with the Toddy Murfi Big Band and lead masterclasses and workshops for musicians of all levels.

Tell us more about your background.

I have spent much of my professional life as a trombonist, composer, arranger, and conductor across a wide range of musical genres. I have served as a band director since 2018 but am still actively composing and producing my own music.
