Charlee Shafer

Tell us about your family.

I have been married to my husband since 2019, and we are blessed with two children, both who attend SRCS. Our family is actively involved in our church community and ministry, where we value serving others, nurturing our faith, and building strong relationships.

What were you like as a child?

As a child, I was active in both school athletics and academic clubs, while also being very involved in church and youth ministry. I have always been outgoing, energetic, and willing to step in wherever help was needed. I enjoyed being involved, encouraging others, and bringing a positive and enthusiastic attitude to the people and environments around me.

What do you most enjoy about your job?

What I enjoy most is the opportunity to work with children of all ages and play a meaningful role in their growth and development. I love creating an environment where children can learn, have fun, and feel encouraged while growing both academically and in their faith. Being able to positively influence and guide children is incredibly rewarding--and their energy and enthusiasm certainly keep me young at heart!
