Tell us about your family.
I am a proud parent of four children, my favorite people. I enjoy Sunday dinners with my parents.
What were you like as a child?
As a child, my favorite place was the library! I always had my nose in a book, and I still enjoy reading classical literature and science fiction. The smell of books brings back happy memories.
What's a favorite childhood memory?
I still get teased about taking a break from my own birthday party to finish dissecting an owl pellet in my room.
What are your interests outside of work?
Outside of work, I enjoy singing in the car, road trips to visit my eldest, kayaking, and eating Asian foods.
Tell us about a memorable adventure you have experienced.
My favorite adventure as a young adult was sailing around the British Virgin Islands with church friends, snorkeling, getting soaked by waves riding on the bow at sail, and reading Horatio Hornblower aloud to shipmates on deck.
