In the Spotlight

SRCS recently held the 4-H public speaking competition for 4th-6th graders. This contest is part of a program that works to develop character, confidence, and public speaking abilities in young students. Below is a list of the contest winners in each class (in 1st, 2nd, 3rd order). Speech topics included travel, historical figures, amazing animals, and meaningful experiences and challenges. The top two winners in each runoff will represent SRCS at the county speech competition.

Ms. Dreyer (6th): Lucy Hart, Xander Brewer, Riley Anderson
