Tuition and fees contribute a substantial part of the operating income of Seven Rivers Christian School and are determined by the cost of providing a quality education to our students. While the availability of school resources, the number of qualified applicants, and overall budgetary constraints influence the level of assistance we can award, SRCS is committed to making grants available to as many eligible applicants as possible. To the extent feasible, the Board does not want students to miss the opportunity to attend SRCS solely for financial reasons. We are thankful to be able to offer assistance for those who demonstrate financial need as follows:

Florida Tax Credit Scholarship
Seven Rivers Christian School participates in the Florida Tax Credit Scholarship program administered by Step Up For Students, Inc. This program currently provides need-based assistance up to $4335.00 annually per student to qualified students. Students must be entering kindergarten through fifth grade OR must have attended a Florida public school last year (entering grades 6-12) to qualify for this program. Current household income guidelines and applications are available on the Step Up For Students website, stepupforstudents.org.

Seven Rivers Christian School does NOT participate in the McKay Scholarship program.

SRCS Financial Aid
Seven Rivers Christian School offers need-based tuition reduction for students who do not qualify for the Florida Tax Credit Scholarship. Applications for assistance are made online only through Confidential Financial Services (CFS), www.cfslogin.com. Typical levels of assistance range from approximately 6% to 45% of a student’s tuition depending on the recommendation from CFS. Written offers of assistance are made by SRCS and mailed to families who have applied for admission or who are currently enrolled at SRCS. Contact the Business Office during business hours (352-746-5696) to obtain a password to access the CFS website.

Financial Aid Applications
Families applying for admission to Seven Rivers Christian School who find they will need tuition assistance should begin the process of obtaining financial aid at the same time they submit their application to Seven Rivers Christian School. It can take from several weeks to several months to complete this process and receive a financial aid award. Applications must be submitted online through the links on the right side of this page. Documentation is required by both Step Up For Students and CFS to complete the application process. Follow the instructions found on their website applications.

The Business Office can answer questions about the process, but does not accept any confidential family information and cannot submit applications.

Written award decisions are sent directly to families from Step Up For Students (Florida Tax Credit Scholarship) or from SRCS. Please follow the instructions outlined in the award letter to claim the scholarship or tuition reduction.
