To ensure prompt and thorough consideration of your child's application for enrollment, please carefully
follow the steps outlined on the K-12 Application Checklist, and be sure to submit all forms. Please understand that the admissions
process takes several weeks or longer, and students cannot be enrolled until the entire process is completed.
- Admission Application and Fee
Applications for admission will not be considered without a fully completed and signed application form, and the payment of a
$75.00 non-refundable application fee. SRCS has a rolling admissions policy and will process completed applications as
long as space is available.
- Application for Tuition Assistance (optional)
Financial assistance applications are available online only through links on the website. Applications for assistance should be
in process while the admissions application is under review. Please direct any questions to the business office or consult the
Tuition Assistance page for an explanation of available options.
- Required Documents
These documents are included in the downloadable application package found in the right column of this page and must be received
before testing will be scheduled. These forms can also be obtained at the school office, or we will gladly mail them on request.
- Admissions Screening
Once all forms have been received, the Admissions Coordinator will call to schedule an appointment for testing. All new students
and students returning after an absence longer than one year are required to complete academic testing.
- Family Interview
After the student has satisfactorily completed admissions screening, the office will contact parents to schedule a family interview
with the admissions team. Students in grades 7-12 are encouraged to attend the interview.
- Acceptance and Registration Fee
Families will be notified of the admissions decision by letter following the interview. Upon acceptance, parents have ten days to
remit a $150.00 per student registration fee. Tuition contracts will be distributed after the enrollment fee has been received.
Additional student forms required for enrollment are listed on the New Enrollment Checklist. Those forms and the first tuition
payment must be returned before the student is officially enrolled and allowed to attend classes.
